snakes
Snakes are my most favourite animal, most people hate the sight of snakes. They are scared of something that most have never touched. Their not slimey as most believe. There are so many different species of them in the world. On Friday I got a corn snake, she was my birthday present from my Mom and Dad, shes a girl and I've called Belltazar, I'm calling her Bella for short.. My favourite species of snakes are, boas, corn snakes, pythons, cobras, and of course, anacondas. Do you like snakes ? if so what kind ,or maybe you have one.....

Hi Binksy
ReplyDeleteI'm pleased you have done another post as it gives me an excuse to pop by your blog and drool over the David Tennant photos you have on there. They make my stomach do a twirl when I look at them, he is so gorgeous.
You are lucky getting a corn snake for your birthday. I am one of those people who thought snakes would be cold and slimy when they aren't. When Mn was quite a bit younger we took him to the Animal Man's home where we saw the birds of prey and were allowed to touch a snake too. I was very brave and touched it and was surprised to find it was warm and dry. Now I don't mind touching snakes. However, I don't want to touch a tarantula or a rat!
Did you like the birthday card Kitten made for you?
Glad you liked your present...Love mom.x.
ReplyDeleteI will tell you a very cool true story about my younger brother when we were growing up. My parents built a cottage in the woods near a lake and my brother Jerry liked to explore. One day they could not find him anywhere and they were shocked and SCARED!!! They went looking for him on the road and there he was on the side of the dirt road. "Look, Mom and Dad!" he called. Aren't they neat? He had small snakes curling around his arms and wrists and neck! He had found a snakes' nest and had fallen "in love" with them! He is a grown man now and we still love to tell that true story! I'm not sure what kind of snakes these were but they were either garter snakes or pine snakes.
